National Archives and Records Administration (NARA)
There are a few opportunities for interns that would like to work with the National Archives. The education specialist intern will work on developing education materials for school groups and will aid in teaching and managing school group classes and tours. The audiovisual and textual archive intern will assist and provide support for a number of archival projects, including creating finding aids for processed presidential record collections. Interns will preserve, arrange, and describe presidential records already in the public domain. Interns will also assist in processing small deed of gift collections, as well as work on a major audiovisual preservation project.
Interns will handle routine office matters such as box retrieval, photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
