Communications
Communications interns are critical members of the press and speechwriting teams in assisting with all communications, press, and speechwriting activities. These interns will have the opportunity to contribute to the preparation of communications materials (print, video and television) for various audiences (press, participants, and the general public), as well gain exposure to media monitoring and strategy. Candidates should possess the ability to write for media, conduct in-depth research, and perform well under tight deadlines. The role also encompasses the handling of press requests, management of incoming correspondence, and compilation of daily press briefings for President Clinton and staff.
